Trust and transparency
See what HyunTools processes, which providers it relies on, and which limits it discloses.
Based on how the service actually works today. We do not claim controls or certifications that are not implemented, and update this document when processing or operations change.
Trust principles at a glance
HyunTools is an independent service hub that brings online tools and workspaces together. Trust requires more than a statement, so we publish implemented choices and safeguards alongside known limitations and features we do not yet provide.
- Privacy
- Process only what is needed and keep browser-capable work on the device whenever practical.
- Security
- Use account authorization, input validation, safe cookies, and a vulnerability-reporting channel.
- Accessibility
- Work toward WCAG 2.2 A and AA and describe the current state as partially conformant and self-assessed.
- Operations
- Explain automatic deletion, usage limits, external dependencies, and incident principles by feature.

Data minimization and user choice
- Basic tools that do not require sign-in run in browser memory or local storage wherever practical.
- Google sign-in is optional and used to synchronize supported favorites, settings, and work across devices.
- Google Analytics is not loaded until the user allows analytics. Refusal does not block basic tools.
- Google Drive saving runs only after separate authorization and uses the limited
drive.filescope for files created by HyunTools. - Privacy, translation, media-command, and selected voice-tool inputs and results stay in the browser within the scope described and are not stored on HyunTools servers.
- Supported items can be deleted in the Service, and users can request account-data access, correction, or deletion by email.
The Privacy policy describes data items, retention, cookies, and deletion by feature.
External services and infrastructure
| Provider | Purpose | Choice and limit |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in, optional Analytics, optional Drive save | Sign-in, analytics, and Drive permissions are separate. Google policies apply to services Google operates directly. | |
| OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare | Site delivery, database, file storage, and network security | Requests and technical logs needed to provide the Service may be processed by the infrastructure. |
| jsDelivr | Optional React and TypeScript runtime libraries in HyunCode | A CDN request may occur when that runtime is selected; Vanilla Web does not use it. |
| Browser providers | Optional speech recognition and on-device translation models | Availability and processing vary by browser and operating system. |
HyunTools cannot fully control the availability, policies, or security of systems operated directly by external providers. We update feature notices and policies when a material change is confirmed.
Limits of automation and intelligent features
- HyunFlow recipes, personal recommendations, daily quests, and automatic storage follow configured rules and user choices; they do not replace professional judgment.
- Translation, speech recognition, and automatic conversion may be inaccurate depending on browser support, language models, and input quality. Users should verify important content.
- Health, security, and calculation tools are references and should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, or security-professional advice.
- HyunTools does not currently sell or provide private tool input as training data for its own AI model.
If a feature begins sending input to an external AI API, we will disclose the provider, transmitted data, purpose, retention, and user choice before use.
Anonymous features and community operations
- Anonymous forum
- Uses random display names instead of real names, while anonymous identifiers support posting limits, duplicate-reaction checks, and reports.
- Anonymous views
- Use a one-way hash of a random identifier for daily deduplication. IP addresses, signed-in accounts, and browser fingerprints are not used as deduplication identifiers.
- Votes and reactions
- May check sign-in or anonymous state to limit duplicate participation.
- Moderation
- Reported public content may be reviewed for hiding, restoration, or deletion under the guidelines. Decisions are not guaranteed to be immediate or perfect.
See the Community guidelines for participation, prohibited content, reporting, and deletion requests.
Child protection and accessibility
- Users under 14 cannot use Google sign-in, account sync, Library storage, voting, or forum participation.
- Age assurance asks only whether the user is under or at least 14 and does not collect an exact birth date.
- Protected mode still allows basic browser tools, reading public content, and safety reporting.
- Keyboard use, focus indicators, high-contrast text, and reduced motion are supported, with known limitations in some Canvas and dense workspaces.
See Children's privacy for protection details and the Accessibility statement for current support and planned improvements.
Security, incidents, and change disclosure
- We assess a vulnerability's impact and reproducibility and may first reduce risk through feature restrictions, access blocking, or fixes.
- When a personal-data breach or material outage is confirmed, we provide required notice and response based on applicable law and actual impact.
- Material feature and policy changes are recorded with effective dates and history, and product changes appear in Product updates.
Principles for legal requests
When a law-enforcement agency, court, or public authority requests information, we aim to verify the requester, legal basis, jurisdiction, and scope and process only the minimum legally required information.
- We may seek narrower scope or valid process for requests that are overly broad or unsupported.
- Unless prohibited by law or an urgent safety risk, we consider whether the affected user can be notified.
- Information may be provided when required by law, protection of life or physical safety, or material service security.
- We do not currently publish a periodic report counting legal requests.
These principles do not override applicable law or a valid legal order.
Document ownership and change history
We update this document when data processing, providers, automation, child protection, community operations, or incident disclosure changes materially. Changes with a significant effect on user rights may also be announced in the relevant policy and product interface.
